Komatsu Excavators are still Number One

With over 16.000 more machines sold than their closest competitor, Komatsu was recently reconfirmed by Off Highway Research as the Number One manufacturer of hydraulic crawler excavators worldwide.

Results from the renowned international research institutealso show that, for the first time ever, Komatsu Europe is now the top seller of hydraulic crawler excavators for the European market.

KOMTRAX^TM  is a major factor of this success. Komatsu's exclusive satellite monitoring system, which was launched in Europe on Dash 8 hydraulic crawler excavators in 2006, is now standard on all Komatsu crawler excavators (from 1.8 tonnes) and is activated on more than 7000 of these machines in Europe. It provides genuine business solutions to all Komatsu customers.
